THE TEAM
OUR FOUNDERS
Kent has been in the real estate business for over 40 years. During that time, he has sold different types of land including investment properties like single and multi-family units. He also previously owned and operated a property management company for 10 years and spent 15 years coaching individuals on how to invest in various types of real estate. Kent is the president of the HOA where he lives and serves in his church. He and his wife, Debbie, have 8 children, 23 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. They currently live in Lehi, Utah, near Salt Lake City.

Tyler is the co-founder of Dow Real Estate company and has worked in real estate (multiple asset classes) for more than 30 years. Tyler has a JD from the University of Tulsa and an LL.M from the University of Miami. Tyler is licensed to practice law in Utah and Florida and is a member of the Bar Association in both states.

Jared has wealth of knowledge over 20 years of real estate investment and real estate development experience. His goal is to alleviate the housing shortage by finding suitable land to entitle and develop into single family subdivisions and multifamily developments. With building lot inventory down 38% year over year there is tremendous need for entitled land.
