Kent received his real estate license in 1978 and has been a principal broker since 1988. The marketing of residential real estate was never his passion but rather the world of real estate investing. For 10 of the 39 years he owned and operated a property management company. He located and managed properties for investors. An opportunity came along to work for a company that coached, would be, real estate investors in purchasing residential investment properties. He spent 15 years coaching popular coaching programs offered by Carleton Sheets (No Money Down) and Robert Kiyosaki (Rich Dad Poor Dad). Kent purchased his first investment property in 1992 and his most recent purchases where 6 single family homes in 2016. The real estate principles he taught others have help him with the knowledge and courage to buy and manage personal investments. Kent is married to Debbie and they have 8 children, 19 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild. He has seen how becoming involved in real estate investing, for all these years, has blessed the lives of family and others.
